PROFILE

I’m a design driven architect, builder and real estate developer with four decades of experience in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. I apply the common denominators of analyzing a complex task, organizing a process to attain a meaningful and profitable outcome and managing their execution to attain a goal in every project.

I’ve learned and practiced careful listening, recognizing patterns, formulating alternatives, and creating detailed schedules and plans to transform programs and ideas into purposeful action. Working across multiple cultures, disciplines, and industries, navigating personal, professional, and world-altering transitions, I’ve developed a sensitivity to a broad range of people, issues, and circumstances, equipping and inspiring me to coach. I’ve been certified by the New York Institute of Coaching.

I earned a B. Arch from the Southern California School of Architecture, SCI-Arc, after attending the University of Berkeley, School of Environmental Design. I’ve designed, built, and developed at scale: institutional, commercial, retail, office and residential projects – each with its own cultural, legal, contextual and financial nuances and requirements. Once upon a time I was a set designer for movies and television in Hollywood.

I’ve practiced yoga for 25 years and studied different wisdom traditions throughout my life, which have become fundamental in my personal and professional growth. I try living according to the principles I’ve learned.

I am presently enrolled in a Certificate program in Conflict Resolution at the University of Massachusetts. I continue to design and develop projects.
